In this exclusive collaboration we develop techniques to assist homeowners so they feel confident in their decisions during colour selections. We are committed to deliver outstanding design and value in an efficient and timely manner and are dedicated to exceeding our clients’ customer service expectations every time.
Services include:
- Managing all aspects of the colour selection and upgrade process. We will be the front-line contact between the clients/purchasers and the builder.
- Presenting every standard and upgrade product option available.
- Providing a one-on-one personalized experience for each client.
- Guiding homeowners through the colour selection and upgrade process.
- Entering the colour selections into the data management program so it is ready for distribution to all trade departments.
- Maintaining seamless rapport with purchasers, providing interior design advice and guidance and encouraging confidence and excitement in their decisions.
- Designing the décor area millwork; creating and maintaining display and selection sample library.
- Providing options by sourcing new and innovative products to ensure our builders’ upgrade selections meet the current trends and buyers’ needs, and are consistent with project budget objectives.
- Calling and/or emailing purchasers directly to set up co-ordination of colour selection appointments.
- Ordering all products and services directly with the sub-trades and suppliers once colour charts have been signed off by the client and Lindsay Collis Design Inc.
